Title: | Saving Water during an Emergency |
Description: |
The general wisdom regarding disaster preparedness is the idea that a person should always have a lot of water available and while some suggests say that about a gallon of water per day for three days should be stored at any one time, some survival bag experts suggest that at least a week's worth of water should be stored for each person because even if running water is returned to the area after only a few days, it might not be uncontaminated immediately which would require that additional fresh water that has been stored would need to be available just to be safe. |
